Here is a video of Chase, sorry the picture is so dark. We just think it is so funny how he just loves to talk. He'll probably be one of those kids at church that it so loud and everyone is looking for his parents to get him to be quiet.

TAG... this one's for you sweetheart!

What is his name? Kyle Bryant White
How long have you been married? 3 Years!
How long did you date? We dated for three months and were engaged for 3 months a total of 6 months all together I guess in the courting stage.
How old is he? 26
How old are you? 23
Who eats more sweets? We both have major sweet teeth! I think that he can eat more of something sweet than I can though or I get nauseous.
Who said I love you first? Kyle did of course. Even though I had known I was in love with him for awhile I would never be the first to admit it! I did say I love you right back though, and we sealed it with a sweet kiss!
Who is taller? Kyle is of course much taller than I. He stands at about 6 foot or 6' 1" but I am a mere 5' 4"
Who can sing better? I think we'd both agree that I am, but I've had practice since I was about 3 or 4. My mom says I was born a natural performer. I've always like center stage whether it be song or dance. Kyle was a "Talent Sprout" for many years though!
Who is smarter? I think we are both pretty even on this one. It depends on the subject. Anything financial, math, or street smarts and he's got it way beyond my comprehension. Anything science, medical, or english and that's my area of expertise!
Who does the laundry? Kyle normally takes charge of laundry duties. I think we have had an unwritten rule since we've been married. I like cleaning done a certain way so I take care of the bathrooms and he takes care of the laundry. I'm convinced I couldn't have married a better guy. What guy does laundry more often than his wife?!
Who does the dishes? We share dish duty pretty equally. We've never even argued about it! He prefers to empty the dishwasher and I prefer to load, and it just worked out that way. He has ended up doing them more often though since Chase was born. He's the best!
Who pays the bills? In every aspect he does! He is very organized with our expenses and uses excel spreadsheets, documents, and programs and he's very good at what he does. He's such a nerd!
His guilty pleasure? Football, Basketball, Golf, any type of ball sport and he's all over it! Whether it's playing or watching, I simply don't understand it.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? I do. He likes being closest to the door, and I like having the security of the wall on one side Kyle on the other!
Who mows the lawn? I'm sure if we had our own lawn Kyle would willingly do it. We don't though so neither of us have to!
Besides you, who is his best friend? His brothers, without a doubt! He often gets choked up when he thinks about how much he misses playing sports with them and just being around them!
Who cooks dinner? I do. Always have and probably always will. That is just fine with me though because if I have the time I love to cook. I just don't like cleaning up after the mess is made. Enter Kyle!
Who drives? He does almost all the time unless I am already in the driver's seat or unless it's a very long drive. Even then, he likes to take over driving responsibilities...do you think I'm a bad driver, Kyle? Answer me honestly!
Who is more stubborn? That would be me. Kyle blames it on me being part Brazillian. Probably so, but either way I usually get my way unless he charms me into doing things his way.
Who kissed who first? Absolutely Kyle. I tried to make him work for it and he tried a couple of times to sneak one in but we hadn't been dating very long. Finally he got up the courage and asked if he could kiss me! How could I resist? That would have been just plain mean! So I said yes, and he did. Then he asked me if he could again and again until I finally said, "you are my boyfriend so you can kiss me whenever you want and I'll be fine with it!" (we had just had a DTR and decided that we would be exclusive).
Who asked who out first? On a date? He did. I did invite him over to play games with a bunch of friends and roommates though before he asked me out the first time.
What was your first date? We went to the playmill at west yellowstone with his parents and little brother and sister. We even drove up with his mom and siblings. (Meeting the parents on the first date? I must have been crazy!) I immediately fell in love with his family, and I remember telling my mom that I would be heartbroken if things didn't work out with us not only because of my feelings for Kyle but because I just loved his entire family so much too!
Who proposed? Kyle did obviously. I never made the first moves in our relationships he had to work hard! He proposed on Salt Lake Temple grounds and I bawled my eyes out! He cried too it was very romantic and very sweet. I'll never forget it!
Who has more siblings? Kyle does by two! The family wouldn't be the same without Karissa and Cameron!
Who wears the pants? Depends on the situation. I think Kyle would probably say that I do more often than not though. He's always trying to make me happy and so he usually lets me make decisions. If it is something really important though we are very good at sharing the pants!
What is your favorite thing about him? Wow, this one's tough. He's everything to me! I love how he's so protective of me. I got hit on a lot when I was pregnant here in Arizona ( don't ask why)and it would make Kyle wild! He makes me feel very safe and I like that he cares so much to be as protective as he is. He does tend to over exaggerate sometimes though and is protective when it comes to guy friends who USED to like me but are now happily married! I also love that he's so snuggly! I love to snuggle and he's the best snuggler! How come our baby isn't more snuggly?! I love you snuggle bunny!
Now I tag Lacie, Laura Lee, Ashley, Tiffany, Jamie, and anyone who reads this! I'm excited to hear about all your relationships!

Friends
We have lived in Arizona since September and we've just been busy with getting settled in and with Chase and just getting comfortable in our surroundings. FINALLY this past weekend we were able to meet up with some of my friends from high school and go out to dinner with them and their significant others. It was so much fun! We realized that I hadn't seen Tiffany in over 3 years and Jamie in about 6 months which doesn't sound that long but considering Jamie and I live like 4 miles from each other it's just crazy we don't see one another more often! Anyhow we went to Macayos, a great mexican restaurant, and we just caught up on what's new in everyone's lives for almost 3 hours. It was very much needed! Tiffany is getting married on March 8th in the Mesa, AZ temple, so we got to meet her fiance, Jacob, whom we absolutely adore! He's just the best thing that has ever happened to Tiffany! We're so excited for them and it was so fun to see Tiffany so happy. Jamie and her husband Brad whom we also think the world of, don't live very far from us but we have been so bad at getting together with them it was just such a blast to see everyone again!

The Melting Pot
For my birthday Kyle took me to The Melting Pot. It's a fondue restaurant and it was so yummy! It's a bit on the pricey side and when we go back (which we definitely will) I think we will just get the cheese fondue which comes with dippings including three different types of bread, veggies, and granny smith apples. Then top it off with the dessert which is by all means the best part! When we went we got the four course "big night out". It came with delicious choices for salads (I think their were 6 or seven different kinds to choose from) and also a meat entree with lobster tail, shrimp, filet mignon medallions, pork, and chicken. We loved the shrimp and the lobster but we weren't too sure about the other meats. The dessert was so delicious though. We got what was called the "flaming turtle" it's milk chocolate fondue with caramel and walnuts (optional). They flambe it table side and provide yummy dippings . I also had their strawberry basil lemonade (which you have to request virgin because all the specialty drinks have alcohol in them) and it was the best lemonade I've ever had, but finding out it was $4 a glass was not so great especially since our server refilled my glass a few times! It was such a neat experience, and so fun to just take a night to ourselves and splurge a little. I have been told though that they have specials from time to time where you can get couples fondue (salad, cheese fondue, and meat entree) for 1/2 price which would be about $30-38 dollars per couple. You'd have to order the dessert a la carte though which would tack on another $14 dollars but the dessert is so worth it!
These are the dessert dippings: strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, brownie bites, pound cake, pineapple, oreo crusted marshmallows and plain ones, and rice krispie treats (not pictured) So so delish!
This is the Yin and Yang dessert fondue which we almost got because of how cool it looks, but Kyle's not a huge fan of dark chocolate. It's dark chocolate and white chocolate artfully swirled for a yummy balance of flavors!

Christmas Cheer
We hope everyone's Christmas was wonderful and filled with lots of joy and laughter! It's sad that it's actually over already it seemed to come and go so quickly this year and now we are already starting a brand new year. We were lucky to have a couple Christmases this year. Since we were traveling to Arkansas for Christmas we couldn't bring all of our presents with us on the plane, so we had a mini Christmas in Phoenix before we left. These are the fun presents that Chase got from us and from Kyle's side of the family! I think he really enjoyed himself!
This is of Kyle and Chase after Chase opened his first pair of Christmas Eve pajamas from Nana and Papa Fife! He loves the way they feel and any chance he gets he tries to stuff them in his mouth!
This is Chase and Jessica on Christmas morning opening his toys!
