Chase saying "Hang Loose" excited to go swimming!
Well...Chase is teething again! I wish babies would just get a mouthful of teeth all at one time so you'd only have to go through a teether once and then it would be over! Sadly enough though that is not the case. Our little one is getting his top two teeth (at least I think it's just 2, could be more). His count will be up to 4 when these two little buggers pop out the rest of the way. He's been very clingy recently because of it and he screams whenever I leave the room! I've had to break out his baby wrap from when he was a newborn(which I have to double up now because he weighs too much to wear it regularly) and I wear him as I go about doing my work during the day. It does make me appreciate those tender little smiles that are much more rare when he's teething, and gives me a little encouragement to keep up the good work!

He is just too cute! Good luck with the teething!
Your little Chase is too cute! I love the swimming picture. At first I was confused why he was in a swimming suit in March - BUT YOU'RE IN ARIZONA!!!
You must have some sweet muscles from carrying him around! :)
I love how he's sticking out his tongue and smiling! He's such a cutie! Good luck with the teething....it's tough stuff!
Those are the cutest picutes Jessica! He looks like he is having fun with his mommy. I am sorry that he is teething though, no fun!
I know I say this all the time, but Chase is just so stinkin adorable!!! He has the most charming smile, makes me wanna be his BFF! Teething is the pits, but just imagine if you woke up to see your sweet baby's gummy grin disappear and all of a sudden these weird lookin chompers are clicking away (like dentures) I think I would be traumatized for life!!!!! LOVE the new pics, keep em coming!
He is seriously so cute! I love the little swim trunks too! (that is definetely one thing I'm totally looking forward to buying!) My favorite trick for teething: peel a giant carrot and let him naw the crap out of it. My friend suggested it and Sevy loved it because it was big enough to hold on to and she could bite and occassionally get something yummy in her mouth. Right out of the fridge they are cold too which feels good on gums. Sevy was an excellent teether (it helps that she got all of them quick) so I hope Chase is good too because otherwise I hear it is not fun. Good luck!
I'm DEFINITELY going to try that! I am pretty sure Chase would love that too. I havenever heard of that before but it makes great sense! Can't wait to try it out, we'll tell you how it goes! Thanks again for sharing!
Jess.....Chase is such a cutie i bet all the girls are already chasing after him!!!
Jessica I had no idea that you guys lived here. We should get together sometime. Your baby is soooooooo cute, I love the pictures. Brittnee
Holy cow - you carry him in the sling?? You are a triumphantly strong mother!! I admire you. We do what we "gotta do" don't we?? I'm telling you - I wish I could absorb some of other mother's strength sometimes. I think I need it. :)
