Kyle made me take a picture of Chase like this. He thought it would be funny to pull his pants up like a nerd and maybe use it for blackmail later. I thought he looked like Tweedle Dee!
I haven't been the best at blogging lately, these past couple weeks have been busy ones for us. We put an offer on a house, Chase finally figured out how to move around, we bought a treadmill (which is really exciting for me, I've wanted one since we got married), and Chase has been sick (a not so great thing). This is the first time he's really been sick since he was born. He had mild congestion for a day when he was about 3 months old but other than that the kid has had an immune system of steel! He's had a runny nose and has been sneezing and just started coughing recently too, poor littly guy. We've still found ways to have fun around our house though, despite all the excitement and added stress of the new things taking place in our lives. We had a little play date with our little nephew Payton last weekend so Nick and Brent could make a trip to the temple and we took the cousins to the park near our apartments. They were so cute playing, we just couldn't resist snapping some shots of the handsome boys!

I can't believe how fast Chase is growing up. It seems like yesterday he was a tiny baby. Congrats on the house thing. Ryan and I are waiting to hear back from an offer we made, so we understand the situation, very exciting and nerve wracking!! Good luck! We'll be down in Phoenix the last weekend of June for some meetings, maybe we can meet up!

I love those pictures of Payton and Chase...priceless! I'm sorry Payton got Chase sick. I have no idea where he gets it....it's probably because he sticks everything in his mouth!! BTW, the house looks beautiful. Can't wait to see it!
I can't believe you guys might be buying a house! How FABULOUS!!! and the house it gorgeous! oh, I wish you guys the best-- good luck! And Chase is getting so big-- he is so cute, and such a little mini-Kyle. I love it! Oh, I can't wait to meet him sometime-- I know we are sneaking home for christmas, are you guys?! (I know it's a while away, but one can never be too excited to go home!) Love you guys!

If you need ANY help moving I nominate my husband. We ladies can sit in the back yard (assuming there is one) and have some lemonade and watch the kids play.. :P Just kidding, but seriously if you do need any help just let us know.
